You should find out whether sewer and water connections are available in this city or community. Make sure that threre is phone service and electricity available. And if you are interested in cable service, you should also check it. Another really important thing for property buyers is to know whether there is access to a public road. If no, ask to show an agreement that states the fact of building a road.
